Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing https://palmettopadpros.com or booking services with Palmetto Pad Pros ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or book services.

2. Services

We provide commercial dumpster pad, enclosure, and compactor cleaning across the Midlands of South Carolina. Service scope, schedule, and price are described in your written quote and booking confirmation.

3. Instant Quotes & Bookings

Instant online quotes are firm for properties with five (5) or fewer pads in light or moderate condition, based on the information you provide. We reserve the right to re-quote if onsite conditions materially differ (e.g., heavy grease, blocked access, additional pads, hazardous materials). You will be notified before any additional charges are incurred.

4. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable $99 booking deposit is required to reserve a service slot. The deposit is applied to your final invoice. Remaining balance is due upon completion via the invoice link emailed with your service report. Late payments accrue 1.5% per month.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the $99 deposit. If we cancel due to weather or our scheduling, the deposit is credited to your next booking or refunded in full upon request.

6. Travel Surcharges

Properties within 45 miles of our HQ in Swansea, SC have no travel charge. Properties between 45 and 60 miles incur a per-mile surcharge displayed at quote time. Properties beyond 60 miles are quoted manually.

7. Code Violation Shield

Our written guarantee covers enclosure-cleanliness, leachate, and odor-related citations issued during an active service window. We will remediate covered citations within 24 hours at no additional charge. Citations unrelated to our scope (structural, signage, contained-trash overflow, etc.) are excluded.

8. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area during the booked window. Dumpsters should be emptied or accessible per quote notes. You represent that you are authorized to procure cleaning services at the property address.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, our total liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages. Pre-existing damage (cracked concrete, faded paint, rust) is not warranted.

10. Insurance

We carry general liability insurance. Certificates of Insurance available on request to property managers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Lexington or Calhoun County, SC.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
