The pad protocol

A repeatable process most generalists skip.

Six steps. Same crew. Same documentation. Every visit, every property.

Step 1
Pre-soak with enzymatic degreaser

Biodegradable, food-safe degreaser applied with low-pressure foam cannon. Dwell time breaks down grease, leachate, and biofilm at the molecular level — not just on the surface.

Step 2
Hot-water blast at 200°F / 4 GPM / 3,500 PSI

Commercial-grade hot-water unit lifts ground-in grime safely. Pressure tuned per surface (concrete, asphalt, painted enclosure) to clean without etching or stripping.

Step 3
Capture & reclaim wash water

Surround the pad with reclamation mats, vacuum extract with a sealed wet-vac, and haul offsite for disposal. No detergent or contaminants enter storm drains. NPDES-conscious by default.

Step 4
EPA-registered disinfection

Quaternary ammonium or hypochlorous acid disinfectant fogged across the pad and enclosure interior. Kills bacteria and neutralizes odor at the source.

Step 5
Pest & code flag inspection

Walk-around inspection for active pest signs, structural enclosure damage, drainage issues, and storm-drain proximity. All flagged in your service report.

Step 6
Service report in 10 minutes

Branded PDF emailed automatically: before/after photos, GPS-verified arrival time, gallons of water reclaimed, disinfectant lot number, pest and code flags. Zero login required.
