We collect contact information you submit (name, business, email, phone, property address), service details (pad count, condition photos), payment data processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe — we never store full card numbers), and standard web analytics (IP, device, pages viewed).

2. How We Use Information

• Provide quotes, schedule service, and deliver service reports.
• Process deposits and invoices.
• Communicate about bookings, recurring service, and code-violation remediation.
• Improve site performance and our service offerings.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers, Lovable Cloud / Supabase for backend storage), or when required by law.

5. Data Retention

Customer records, service reports, and invoices are retained for seven (7) years for tax and warranty purposes. Marketing contacts may request deletion at any time.
