Refund & Cancellation Policy
Booking Deposit
A flat $99 deposit is collected at booking and applied to your final invoice. The deposit secures crew, equipment, and route placement.
Reschedules
Free reschedule with 48+ hours notice. Inside 48 hours, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required to rebook.
Cancellations
Cancellations 48+ hours before service: full refund of deposit within 5 business days. Inside 48 hours: non-refundable.
Weather & Company Cancellations
If we cancel due to weather, equipment, or scheduling, your deposit is fully refunded or credited to a future visit at your choice.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with completed work, notify us within 48 hours of service. We will return and re-clean the affected area at no charge. Refunds on completed work are issued at our discretion only when re-cleaning is not feasible.
