Grounds portering is our main service: litter, breezeways, stairwells, pet stations, and the compactor area walked Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings, with before-and-after photos texted to your phone by 7:30 AM. Dumpster pad and enclosure cleaning stays available as a weekly add-on for the communities that want it.
